Our store provides stable and standardized global shipping services, mainly covering European and American countries and regions. All orders will be processed and arranged in strict accordance with the following rules to ensure orderly delivery.
1 Order Processing Time: All confirmed orders will be processed, inspected, packaged, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2 Delivery Time: For all European and American countries, the standard delivery time is 15 to 30 working days after shipment. The actual delivery time may be slightly affected by international logistics transportation, customs clearance procedures, and local postal efficiency.
3 Logistics Notes: We will arrange formal international logistics channels for all packages and provide tracking numbers for customers to track order logistics status in real time. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure factors including customs inspection, weather changes, and global logistics suspension.
